At Wings Tours and Travels, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds for taxi bookings and travel services.
1. Booking Cancellation
Customers may cancel their bookings subject to the following conditions:
- Local Taxi Bookings:
Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total fare, depending on the vehicle and service. - Outstation & Tour Packages:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur up to 50% deduction based on the arrangement and service booked.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be issued.
3. Vehicle Unavailability or Service Issues
In the rare case that we are unable to provide the booked vehicle or service due to unforeseen circumstances:
- We will provide an alternate vehicle of the same or better class, subject to availability.
- If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be processed.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
- In case of delays beyond 7 days, you may contact us for assistance.
